Jennifer Blair-Payami, DMD
Craft Smiles Pediatric Dentistry was founded by Dr. Jennifer Blair-Payami, a Board Certified Pediatric Dentist in Newburgh, New York.
Dr. Blair had long dreamed of opening a fun and friendly pediatric dentistry office where children feel welcome and become a part of their dental health journey. She believes that making and maintaining a healthy smile can be enjoyable and even fun for children when approached with an inclusive attitude and treated with the highest level of care. Born and raised in Keene, New Hampshire, Dr. Blair received her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree in 2008 from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. She then completed her specialty training in Pediatric Dentistry at Montefiore Medical Center/Albert Einstein College of Medicine in Bronx, New York. During her residency, she received extensive training in all aspects of pediatric dental care including well children, special needs children, minor and major dental trauma, interceptive orthodontics and craniofacial disorders, enteral sedation and operating room procedure.
In addition to her extensive training and education, Dr. Blair has been in private practice in Westchester, Dutchess, and Orange Counties since 2011. She is an active member of several professional organizations including American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, American Dental Association and Newburgh Dental Society.
When she’s not working, Dr. Blair enjoys keeping healthy and active, as well as spending time with her family. Dr. Blair has a true passion for treating and caring for children and their families. Each child she treats, she treats as her own.
